BROWNIE

LOW CARB, GLUTEN FREE BROWNIE
Ingredients:
Sift together:
¾ cup cocoa
¼ cup almond flour
¼ cup rice flour
¼ cup rice protein
1-teaspoon baking powder
1-teaspoon baking soda
1-teaspoon Xanthan gum
stevia / xylitol

With an electric mixer, beat together:
2 eggs,
½ cup xylitol (or stevia to taste ~1 Tbsp)
½ cup applesauce

Add the dry ingredients to the eggs and stir
Add: ¾ cup of chocolate chips.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes (or until just firm).
